Most CRMs charge you again every time you hire someone. Boetbook doesn't. Professional is R299 a month whether you're two people or twenty-five: seats are included in the price, never added to it. Start free, upgrade when you outgrow it, and cancel whenever you like.
For a one-person shop, or trying Boetbook properly.
R0 /month

For growing teams that live in Boetbook daily.

For bigger crews that need their own roles.
R799 /month

For operations that have outgrown a plan page.

A seat is anyone in your organization, including you, plus invitations you've sent that haven't been accepted yet.
Prices in South African rand, billed monthly. The advertised price is the full price payable: no VAT is added, as Propagated Gradients (Pty) Ltd is not a registered VAT vendor. Card payments secured by Paystack.
Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
The whole thing on one screen, including the limits, not just the good bits.

The things other pricing pages bury are the things you actually need to know.
Cancel and your org drops to Free, but every client, job, and invoice stays exactly where it was, and nobody gets logged out. You just can't add new records past a Free limit until you upgrade again.
If you drop to a smaller plan with more people than seats, the extras become view-only; longest standing members keep their normal role. Nobody is deleted and nobody is blocked from logging in.
Because nothing was ever touched, upgrading again just lifts the limits. There's no import, no restore, no support ticket.
If your card fails you keep full paid access while we retry it. You'll see a banner asking you to update your card. That's the whole penalty.
Seats are a limit, not a line item. Twenty people on Professional cost the same R299 as two, so you never have to think about the CRM before adding someone to the team.
Update your card or cancel from the secure manage page linked in your settings, and read every receipt in the app. No annual contract, no phone call to leave.
No credit card to start, no contract to sign, and no per-seat maths to do before you hire your next person.
