How we sell, and on what terms
- What we sell
- Boetbook: web-based customer, job, inventory and invoicing software for small businesses, sold as a monthly subscription. Full description on the home page and pricing page.
- Price
- As shown on the pricing page, in South African Rand. The advertised price is the full price payable; no VAT is added, as Propagated Gradients (Pty) Ltd is not currently a registered VAT vendor. There are no delivery or other additional costs.
- Manner of payment
- Debit or credit card, billed monthly in advance through Paystack's secure hosted checkout.
- Time of delivery
- Access to the service is provided immediately on signup, and paid features immediately on successful payment.
- Minimum duration
- None. Subscriptions run month to month and can be cancelled at any time.
- Terms of agreement
- Our Terms of Service — accessible at any time, and storable and reproducible by saving or printing the page.
- Record of transactions
- Receipts for every payment are available to the account owner in the app under Settings → Billing, for as long as the account exists.
- Return, exchange & refund policy
- Our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment and your cooling-off rights under section 44 of the ECT Act, where applicable.
- Security & privacy
- Our security procedures and privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Payment card processing is handled entirely by Paystack; card details never reach our servers.
- Alternative dispute resolution
- We do not subscribe to an ADR code. Disputes are resolved by the South African courts (see the Terms of Service); data-protection complaints may be made to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
- Self-regulatory or accreditation bodies
- None. We are not a member of any self-regulatory or accreditation body and have not subscribed to any code of conduct.
Before any payment, Paystack's checkout gives you the opportunity to review the transaction, correct any mistakes, and withdraw before placing the order, as section 43(2) of the ECT Act requires.
